RITMO PILATES MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

This MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT ("Agreement") sets forth the Terms and Conditions under which the undersigned individual(s) shall be granted the privileges of membership at Pilates Con Ritmo LLC DBA Ritmo Pilates (Hereinafter, “Ritmo Pilates”). The individual member(s) acknowledges and agrees that he/she has read and understands this Membership Agreement and will be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.
